GIFSyncr is a small program I made, which will let you sync any GIF up to any music of your choice.
You need .NET Framework 4.5 (you probably already have this one) and ImageMagick (when installing, make sure to select "Add application directory to your system path")
To use GIFSyncr, you must first set or tap BPM (read more below) and then drag the GIF you want to use into the right (source) panel
Importing GIFsIf you know the BPM of your song, you can enter it into the BPM field
If you don't know your song's BPM, click on the "Tap BPM" button. Then you must click a button to the beat of your music until it turns grey, after which you can exit the BPM tapper
Remember, you might have to click the "Update" button after changing the BPM
Yes, you can! Though, it doesn't always work, in case of problems you should download a GIF and then drag the downloaded file into the program
Just use the speed slider, note that there's a limit on how fast GIFs are, going against that limit might make your GIF out of sync
Changing the speedFoxes are small-to-medium-sized, omnivorous mammals belonging to several genera of the family Canidae. Foxes have a flattened skull, upright triangular ears, a pointed, slightly upturned snout, and a long bushy tail. It doesn't even matter what I will write here, nobody will notice, they'll just look at the GIF below.
Saving GIFsClick on the GIF, then either press CTRL and + or -, or hold CTRL down and use your scrollwheel
The program has a few bugs, this is just a small experimental thing, so as long as the program is usable, I don't mind a small bug here or there
The built-in image viewers display animated GIFs at wrong speeds, I used webbrowser-like things as a workaround
This should work quite well under Wine, once you've installed the Windows version of ImageMagick, but I haven't tried it yet
I agree
Yiff
